Finding Great Books At Great Prices
With the holiday season soon coming, what a great time to get some great books and catch up on some reading. There's nothing better than a warm fire on a cold winter evening, a cup of java and a great book to read.

Too Many Ideas In The Pot
Ideas are great, however too many ideas are like confusion springing forth. For example if you have four great projects in the frying pan, let em cook until there done. Don't throw 10 more projects in the same pan, you'll just burn everyone out. Focus is more than a saying. It must be applied, walked out and tried. Focus is not hocus pocus, it's focus.

There's nothing worse than starting something and falling short. Failure comes with fruit and the taste of that fruit is not sweet. It's one thing to fail and from time to time, we can all fail at things. However, to just give up and quit out of fear of failure, well that is a crime. Here's a pretty neat site that I came across. It's called the Free Cycle Network. It's made up of 4,808 groups with 6,540,000 members around the world. They say its a grassroots movement of people who are giving and getting free stuff in their own communities. What's cool about it, is it's all about reusing good stuff and keeping it out of the landfills. Great idea! Plus you just might find some really cool items for free ....

She's Wacky & Fun
I guess that would be one definition of my daughters personality. She's wacky and fun. Actually for being almost 5 year old she's a pretty bright kid. You have to over look the Sponge Bob inpersonations though. Funny the things kids do. Anyway she's a blast and I am so thankful to God for such a wonderful daughter.

Fear Not
Life can have it's moments, as we all know. Over the past few years we have watched the economy of our country decline. Mortgage problems, home foreclosures, high gasoline prices, the war in Iraq, banking failures and now the the need of a major financial bail out just to save the nation from a potential depression. Things look very bad.
However, America has survived even greater challenges and with God's grace, we will survive what is ahead of us.
